Very friendly. Instructors were all supportive and made you feel like you can achieve your goals by pushing you to what they believe you can do without you feeling intimidated. Everyone greets you when you walk in, even if you don't know them. All fitness classes I have done there was hard but enjoyable. Totally recommend going there, I would suggest you try a few different classes because even though they say HIIT, they are not the same.

Joined with my daughter just over a year ago! Such a great club, very friendly and everyone is one big family! Lots of classes for everyone no matter what ability you are. Would recommend to just come along and give it a go.

Really good service in a friendly environment. The wide range of classes are great to push myself in different goals. It's a great community spirit and a wonderful place to make friends and build confidence whilst getting fitter.

Have been coming to Phoenix for 3 years and have always felt so welcome in all classes, super friendly and very professional setup. The taekwondo sessions are not intimidating at all so if you are thinking about trying taekwondo then definitely come here.

Excellent club where friends are made and goals are achieved. My son joined the club near on 7 years ago as 6 year old looking for a hobby, sport , he had so much fun in the classes it was inevitable that he would love the sport, yes he has worked hard, and been worked hard, the instructor recognised he had potential and that's why my son wears his 2nd degree black belt with pride.
