I had someone come out to take measurements as advised when I’d gone in,I’m a single mother & was working with a tight budget which I informed them of for my Lino in the bathroom & kitchen. I had the intention of buying some of the Clarence cut offs as I have very small bathroom & kitchen. I was told when I went back to chose from a wide variety of the clearance stock that I couldn’t have any of the clearance stock it wouldn’t fit either room. When I went home I did my own measurements, I then went back & with these measurements taken from the floor space & not from wall to wall I was told I could do the bathroom but the kitchen was still to big for anything they had, this time I took photos of the clearance stock & measurements, when I got home & had the chance to compare the measurements with the photos again I saw there were indeed clearance off cuts that would fit my needs. I’m very disappointed from start to finish how unhelpful & misleading the staff were. I would suggest if you are a single woman going into this place alone, be prepared, take your own measurements, & take pictures of measurements & the numbers if like me your not used to working with inches & foot etc Do not take there word at anything, they try & add extra costs wherever they can also, be aware & on your toes. My personal experience is that they are not to be trusted, they will squeeze every penny out of you where they think they can. Awful company & service in my opinion.

Great shop. Have been here several times over the past couple of years. Have brought carpets, wooden floors and a rug here. Service is excellent and the staff are lovely, always so helpful. I love that they offer samples for you to take home so you can see them in the light and in your surroundings at home. Brilliant shop and would always recommend. Will definitely return when I need my next floor.
