This has to be one of the finest Indian restaurants in Wiltshire. The menu has lots of your core favourites along with a wide range of chef specials. Also cooked to your liking, even the sides such as the naan and rice stand out as better than other Indian restaurants. The lamb chops and jeera rice have to be tried!!!

This is the best Indian restaurant I went to ! I can’t eat too hot food so I take the « special burn chicken » every single time which is super tasty. We’ll definitely order take away soon

No option for zero stars Avoid this place like the plague. Ordinarily it is not particularly good anyway and is expensive for what they do serve, but it supposedly delivered on New Years Eve so went with it. Order taken and payment too - delivery 90mins. Gave it 2 1/2hrs due to it being NYE, still no food. Called repeatedly, no answer, no info, no update. So no food tonight & need to waste time tomorrow chasing a refund. Shocking. Embarrassing. Terrible.

Excellent food but terrible service. They previously had good service. Now to me a restaurant meal is an experience facilitated by good service - without service it is merely a meal. You must be attentive to the right balance, provide facility but be friendly and on the level and you must be able to handle when things go wrong. To forget a main course is acceptable if you apologise and get it out as you can. To lie about forgetting it then 15 minutes after raising this bring the wrong main course then refuse to admit the mistake is not acceptable. Like someone will not notice their chota duck showed up as the lamb and duck special 15 minutes after everyone else has received their food? The kitchen staff are very good, they know their trade and cook things well. Waiters however need training - I believe the mistakes made are not intentional, merely down to poor judgement of how to handle a problem. I think they are good friendly people, but do not know how to provide the experience of a top restaurant. Things like this are what prevent the burj from reaching the ranks of somewhere like the Michelin rated Nutmeg in Bristol, or really any AA rosette restaurant.

Good choice for Indian food in this converted pub. Good service. Larger than average portions of food. The vegetarian starter platter was particularly good. Butter chicken and naans also good. Lots of parking on site. Make a reservation on weekends though!
