We love this place. The food is absolutely beautiful and the service has been excellent when we go. Today, we ordered a takeaway from them and our drink was missed off the order. We were just going to ask for it on our next visit but they came all the way out to our house again to drop it off and an extra large one to apologise. So kind and this is what I call excellent customer service. We can’t wait to come back!

Ate here last night as everywhere was booked for eat out to help out. My friend and I were hesitant at first as it was so quiet, but we were both so glad we went! The staff were lovely and the food was DELICIOUS - definitely will be returning.

When we walked in, there was only 3 tables sitting, the place was empty. There was 3 of us and a 4yr old, we were seated quickly and given menus. 30 mins went by and we didn’t see anyone or was offered drinks, finally after waiting 40 mins we placed our drink order and was offered a tray of poppadoms with dips. After an hour and a half we finally got to place our order and then we waited and we waited. My husband went up to the bar and asked what was happening as we have now been sat here nearly 2 hours and not only have you said nothing to us but we haven’t had any more drinks offered or seen our food, we also have a small child who is now very hungry and this was a treat night for him. We were told 5 mins and no apology. We gave it 15 mins and was just going to leave when we were brought out plates. Our food followed which was very nice but we never saw the drinks we had ordered and then found another group was then seated directly behind us, no social distancing was adhered we then proceeded to leave as enough was enough, we paid the bill and will never return again.

30 minute wait to take our order! 1 hour 30 minute wait on food to come out. This was our starters and mains all bought out together because “they were short staffed”. The tandoori sizzler was reheated chewy meat that I wouldn’t even feed to a dog! The naans came out 20 mins after the rest of the food so the curries went cold! Overall it was an absolute disaster! Completely ruined our evening! We ened up in a McDonald’s drive thru.

I have to say that the food we had was absolutely beautiful. Even the dips along with the poppodoms were beautifully tasty. Sadly, the service was terrible, the staff didn’t interact other than “can I take your order” and none of them smiled or looked like they wanted to be there. The only atmosphere was that of inconvenience that we were there. I asked for no ice in my drink, but got ice. We had to ask for the bill twice. The place was freezing and I had to put my coat back on, twice. Even though the food was great, I wouldn’t recommend the experience.

Waited for ages for are food .we were then told it had taken so long because we were sitting in the corner of the restaurant and they had forgotten about us . Food arrived and it was stone cold and I mean stone cold so that was left the vegetable curry was from a tin with frozen veg and was warmish. The smallest tandoori mixed grill I had ever seen the salad was dirty and old how they have 4 stars is amazing. Will not be going there again even if it was free
