My family have used Swindon Vision Express for at least 15 years. I cannot complain about any service we have had along the way. Choosing glasses, when that's going to be your 'look' probably for a couple of years, sound advice, based on understanding of your prescription on lenses is crucial! We hace never had reason to complain.

I booked an eye test online. I have been waiting for the test 17 days. I had my appointment booked for 10am on Sunday. I came 9:55am and I have been told that it was canceled and someone was trying to call me the day before. Firstly, I never have received any phone call even though I would expect them to leave a message. I was offered next available appointment three weeks later.
