Vision Express in Tesco Swindon are very professional and helpful. My brothers prescription & glasses from another well-known supermarket had been messed up three times and Vision Express helped him sort it, with a new prescription & new glasses I've had two lots of glasses from them now & they have all arrived safely & quickly, they seem to be better quality than other competitors, very pleased & would highly recommend

We didnt have to wait when we arrived for appointment time. All the Covid measures are in place and at no point did we feel unsafe. Mandy took great care of us and she is a real asset to vision express. Will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Followed all covid rules ,double appointment for myself and granddaughter both needed new glasses from order to delivery 3 days thats fast so all in all very happy 10 out of 10

As I have a small face, I am very limited to finding new frames to fit me so generally I do not enjoy the experience of buying new ones. However, today that changed! The team in the Vision Express outlet within Tesco Swindon could not have been nicer. Special mention to Julie, who was friendly, very professional and I felt that she genuinely cared about what she was doing. She was an enormous help in finding the right frames for me and made it a pleasure from booking the appointment to taking my money for my new frames - what a lovely lady, a credit to your team.
