Dr Welsh was by far the best GP this surgery had. She was paramount in me having life changing surgery in 2014. Truly gutted that she left Swingbridge! However, I have always been pleased with the staff here.

Rude receptionists every time i've been, and when i brought my child in for a set appointment i had to wait an hour. Wasn't given an option to re arrange for later that day. Very blunt when i asked if i could take my child home because he kept having accidents and bring him back closer to the end of the hour wait - Reception overrall really unhelpful and rude.
usually having to wait 20-30 minutes after the set time of you appointment can be irritating, especially if you have had to wait weeks after weeks , which by then you could have probably sorted it out by yourself, along with the fact that sometimes after all the waiting the appointments are pointless.
Always receive polite and efficient service.
know how to speak in English at. discrimination'm feeling employee names and hide not know because I do not say. 1 no readily employee cards and other rotating.. meeting with the doctor have to wait up to 1 hour
Took my son to the doctors after 4 weeks of waiting for an appointment and it was a waste of time.
