I would highly recommend Switalskis. Sarah Kent our Conveyancer was always quick to respond. I had faith in the job she was doing and did not need to chase her for a response. The process of buying and selling is hard work and emotional at the best of times, but our sale, in particular, was difficult and involved third party solicitors. Sarah navigated this very well and was professional throughout and kept in touch, responding to queries when we raised them. This was in stark contrast to both the third party solicitors and our buyer's solicitors who, quite frankly, made a mockery of the profession and left those purchasing those services stressed and lacking any trust in the process. Not so with Sarah at Switalskis. I am so relieved that we chose this firm to work on our behalf.
