Having worked in business development for a recruiting company and been around that world for over 10 years, I know probably hundreds of recruiters. What makes a good recruiting company? They have to match 10/10 for what the employer wants and cannot present candidates that only meet 9/10. They also have to have a strong understanding of the employer's culture and the job requirements and the probable fit between candidate and employer. Switchgear has the team and proven experience to do that. Recruiting firms start with a specialization (engineering with this team) but they expand because their clients appreciate the approach with one discipline and want them to apply it to other areas. Switchgear is doing it right.

Funny Any good review is from a Friend or a Person who works next to you. No one is saying that you recruiting them for a great job. WOW. Just WOW If I could give zero or negative star, I would. They really don't have a good track record with keeping recruiters long term, or getting the best jobs from clients. Pretty unprofessional and hostel and they really only look out after themselves. They don't return calls, they are snobbish, They don't have all the jobs they say. I have tried to work with them for 2 years with 15 years of experience. They really don't care about much, themselves, candidate or clients. I am sure the Tulsa market has help them form this way. Still it is no excuse. Your better off going to any other firm, or working with clients directly. Funny the good reviews do not say anything about you putting them in a great jobs!
