1: Crazy slow service. You need wait 30 mins for FAST FOOD . This shows bad attitude of business runner. I can see at least 4 staff hang around and no one help to put orders together, so just one lady is doing this job. As a result, all kinds of burger and side food just are on the table but every customer still has to wait. 2: No fried chicken. which makes this A&W another normal burger store, and in fact their buger is not the best in the town. Really sad. You can see how many people are waiting here in the photo. Some of them even wait there before me. BTW, they even didnt give me a straw for my take out drink.
Food is fresh and hot, restaurant clean and bright and staff friendly and efficient. I enjoy eating here.
