One of the worst companies in Sydney, he will give you the run around, he will avoid you and he will go to great lengths to not help his customers. Stay away, find a more reputable company. Wish I could give him a zero star rating.

Unless you want to end up chasing him months and months, through your lawyer, I suggest you do not shop here. He will not help you once you buy the heat pump. Told us he had his own crew to instal them, that was a lie he hired a crew the night before. Told me the machine would be quiet, but he installed it on the side my Older home and it was so noisy we couldn’t use the bedrooms above. The machine would get stuck in the open position, machine would just stop working. Machine was making loud grinding noises. He would not address our issues he would only hide. Even the lawyers had an extremely difficult time with him
