I used their housing first program for youth to get myself on track when I needed and the youth workers are very easy to get along with. I'm so grateful I found this program and was able to take advantage of it.

Miserable experience dealing with some of their staff especially the inept in house worker at the Margaret St shelter. He is absolutely useless. Appears to favorite certain individuals at the shelter. Makes it difficult for others. Not a very professional individual. Bit of a clown.
