If I could rank this place lower I would. Impossible to have a conversation with the front end staff regarding appointments being made or cancelled. Get your heads off the swivel & do the planning accordingly.
What an awesome experience. The waiting room was awesome - toys, table, colouring station. But what impressed me the most was their wasnt toys thrown in a corner, and magazines spread about a table, but everything was clean and organized. Gave me the impression that staff really love where they work, and pay attention to the little details to make it a great place. This is not the dentist of my childhood - I felt very comfortable and pampered. Even the chair massaged me!
Dr Phil Brown, after accidently breaking off a tooth, (things happen I understand that) he provided zero patient service. The day it happened he just left me leave the office without offering what he can do for me to help my situation. After spending 10K on braces/dental work I was not going to leave a hole in my teeth so I went for a dental implant in which I had to pay 800 out of my pocket and no future dental coverage for a year because I had exhausted it. He offered nothing to fix issue. He took no responsibility by way of offering his service such as an impression to fix issue. He was not being asked for anything out of his pocket other than some time for an impression (944) so that I can have a tooth made (my cost) and make it right. He refused! He also knew that proving malpractice is difficult and expensive and I was unlikely going down that road. Although he is a nice guy to speak with, it appears he is only interested in money and not customer service. What separates a poor doctor from a good doctor is when something happens the good doctor works with you to make everything good again. He is a poor doctor when something goes wrong and yes sometimes things happen but he should have been there to help make things right. For this reason both myself and wife will no longer go to him or anyone at this practice. Mark Ryan
My experiences at Downtown Dental this week were pleasant and attentive to the reasons I required service. The Dental Hygienist and Dr. Brown and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. If you are looking for a dentist, stop by Downtown Dental and ask for Dr Brown.
It had been awhile since I had visited a dentist so I was a bit apprehensive but the staff here, from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist herself, were all excellent and professional. Teeth are clean and cavity free. Would recommend in Sydney.

Downtown dental is very proffesional. Easy to book appointments staff is very easy going. Would recommend to anybody. Service is grest.
