I love KREATIVE DESIGN AND KIM and staff they are so quick to help me but are not pushie very helpful ..funny and fun to be in the store..Kim herself has been very understanding and helpful in the jewellery dept to do some repairs for me..LOVE THE NEW STOCK BUT THE SALES MORE

Disappointing experience with getting my new watch scratched while getting the battery replaced. The most frustrating thing was being told it was scratched up before, as though I wouldn't / shouldn't notice, or care??! The only solution offered was to buff the scratches, and subsequently any etchings in the metal, into oblivion. Didn't really want to look around the rest of the store after that.
Terrific place to shop. Wondering quality clothing. Amazing selection. They have everything from bras to jewelry. It is locally owned and operated and the staff is truly wonderful and more than helpful. One of my favorite places to shop....please give this place a try...i am sure you will love it.
Service and quality of work is fantastic! Ive taken a couple pieces of jewelry into Kreative design. One to be fixed and one altered. Both times I was on deadline. I was happily accommodated, and in both cases received my items back earlier than requested. When I received my jewellery back the fixes/alterations were of extremely high quality and I couldn’t be happier.
The staff are kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about what they do. if you love things that are sparkly I highly recommend their shop!
Absolutely highest quality and level of professionalism
I needed my grandmother's ring repaired as the band had snapped. They fixed it up and it is a strong fix. We were able to bring in our own gold from another ring no longer in use as well.
