Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! We bought our home after the original owner smoked a pipe in it for 12 years - lots of smoke damage throughout the house. Laura and LeeAnne were so helpful, she suggested a certain machine and it was a hugeeee help..along with all the other little tips and suggestions she gave us to make sure we got the results we needed!
