Do NOT order online.. shipping delays aren't their problem.. a Christmas gift delivery date January 22nd when it said 2 days at the time it was ordered and they will not cancel the order or issue a refund. What good are gifts that arrive in January. Absolutely unacceptable and custom service did NOTHING.

Horrible repair service. No in-house gemologist. Everything has to be sent out resulting in long wait times. No quality control on the repair work performed. Jewelry inspection/warranty tracking is still done on paper sheets that the customer must bring in bi-annualy. It's 2018 and this archaic system of tracking needs some SERIOUS updating.

Worst experience ever. i placed an order may 12, after check out i was informed the i won't receive it until June 30th. That's 49 days to get a ring set thats on a shelf in Canada. Is it coming on the back of a dog? That might be faster. VERY unhappy with Peoples Jewellers . First and last purpose , sty clear of them unless you have months to wait.

My husband had bought my ring with warranty which they said he didn't, they would not call the store he bought the ring from to confirm, so I had to. After that was sorted out the manager was assisting me to send my ring off to be resized. To be blunt her customer service was nothing short of abysmal. She is very rude and condescending. I will be taking my business to Charm next time.
