When I realised I had left my prescription sunglasses on the train the previous day, I made my way to Lost and Found at Haymarket. It would be fair to say that Leanne and Shane, the officers at Lost and Found, were first-rate in the way in which they efficiently took the details of the train I caught and were quick to find my glasses. A shout out too to the unknown officer who found the glasses on the train, taped the case and delivered it to Lost and Found. To be honest, I hadn't expected to see the glasses again. Well done, Sydney Trains!

Very good service by NSW transport. Lost my wallet, lodged a query, they retrieved it in 2 days and I got it 3rd day. I could have gotten it on the second day but they were closed before 5pm that's why I am giving 4 stars.
Leichhardt to city is not a car opinion. Busses are reliable and so is light rail. Both are sufficient but busses are more flexible in destinations. A week or so ago I jumped off my seat on the 470 and left my phone behind. On my way back I dropped in at the Leichhardt depot and found that the driver handed it in. Thanks to the passenger who gave it to the driver, and the driver especially.

Had dry cleaning sent there after a Sydney Trains dry cleaning tenant went bust with my clothes stranded. Got a friendly text, headed over and we as helped by Shane. Great customer service and nice dude. Proud of our public service employees. Thank you Sydney trains!
I have to applaud the staff working here. They were very friendly and understanding of the item I lost and where. The person helping me was very specific with the questions he asked which made answering them easier for me. And after a bit of time, he returned my item. Very relieved it was lost and I am very thankful for the quality of the staff in the Lost Property Office

I would like to share my deeply appreciation to officer Dallas Cameron outstanding service. I lost my bag this morning at the Town Hall station, after reported to her in the morning and I got it back within an hour. Thank you so much and much appreciated with her outstanding service.
