Saturday April 3,went in monsoon rain to get what I needed from Walmart by bus.brought my strong golf umbrella.realised upon leaving the Walmart I had no change and so I couldn't afford the bus back.went back to Walmart from the bus stop to get cash back asked self serve helper if the machine offers cash back,was told yes it does, I went through the transaction and found that it doesnt.Asked her about it and she said "oh the machine dont give cash back" I responded "thats what I had asked!" And walked away with my purchase to the regular checkout.After that I discover that they have changed policy and don't offer cash back anymore. Thier ATM was broken and so I went got a staff member told them,nothing they could do,so I asked for a manager,I got a supervisor instead,they said nothing they could do,got assistant manager Charlie,was suggested to go to neighboring home depot or canadian tire to ask for cash back.I went to Home depot through the very cold monsoon like rain and wind.They inform me no cash back there either.Im soaked now and cold and as if it couldn't get worse my umbrella breaks from the wind with unrepairable damage.Walking unprotected through this horrible weather my fingers go knumb from the cold yet I press on back to the Walmart.I go to the customer support desk and tell them what has happened.Again nothing they could do.I ask for a complaint number and they give me the number.I give them my broken umbrella,the only one I have since I cannot afford much on my own having no job due to the influx of indian students preference (since businesses discovered they can exploit them until they find a way to Get Permanent Residency),rent being high and taxes being the highest rate in all of Canada. I called and complained but im cold and soaked and now am stuck in the house for a week straight due to the rain and having no umbrella.

Good prices and well laid out, can get very busy however that is to be expected. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they still do not have tap, even during this pandemic. Get with the 00s Walmart, let alone with 2020...

Store is not neat and tidy compared to the other Walmart. Customer service so bad, I could barely find an associate to talk to when help needed. Heard that management treat employees poorly. They hire lots of them in times of need and then not giving enough hours to them, leaving them no option other than leaving the place. Clearly a management problem in customer service.

The staff was rushed, not friendly. The old lady greater was downright RUDE!! I couldn't believe her attitude . She told me I wasn't allowed to sit next to my daughter on the benches. We were shocked! She actually made a scene! It was so humiliating and disrespectful to paying costumers. I'll never spend a dime at Walmart again ! Don't waste your time going to this location. That person at the front door should be fired! Pathetic!

Worst customer service. I ll went for purchasing sim card. And the staff ignore me for more than one hour. Working something on computer even i am trying to say. Hlo or something to them so many times but they ignore it. They are very rude. Don’t make eye contact so that we are not taking the customer. Its Saturday and 2 guys are totally rude and not loyal towards their job. Then ankush sharma helped me. I think he is the one who is doing his job. He Understand everything. Its only took 15 minutes. Never visit Walmart again. Go to best buy. Where. They listen to customer.
