Sylvia is a supportive and thoughtful counsellor. She is a very good listener and is able to draw out anxieties and worries and encourage one to face them but at your own pace. Sylvia sets realistic incremental targets, which encourages the client's sense of achievement. Above all, Sylvia is mindful of client confidentiality. I am very grateful for the help Sylvia gave to me and my family.
