Probably the most non-professional & irresponsible company that I've ever come across. After multiple rounds with HR and Co-founders, multiple follow up still no answer from them. What you get to hear from them is that they are in the hospital, they just joined back, co-founder is yet to reply (that is after 4 weeks/a month from the interview), what I as a candidate fails to understand that why these companies are so irresponsible when conducting interviews? If you are not going ahead with the candidate at least tell him to his/her face that he/she was not selected for xyz reason with a feedback. Why withhold the information to themselves? If companies like them can't value the candidates, one can easily guess what would be the work culture of such company.

It seems 'clarity' is only in the company name. They should tell the candidate first about their budget and proceed further for interview. How can they dare to offer lower salary than anyone's current salary. I think for them others time is not important.

DON'T TRUST ANYONE. The company takes the interview to get company's work done by candidates. When the candidate apply for the job, they ask you the expected salary. My salary is 25,000 per month and my expectation is 35,000 per month. After knowing my expected salary they sent me the task as interview. I submitted the task. And on that basis they shortlisted me. Since I got shortlisted they call me and offered me 20,000 per month. I am surprised that if they can not afford the salry then why the company takes the interview and wastes the candidates time. And company also send you the changes in designs which candidate performed as interview task. Beaware they take your current company offer letter, salry slips, even Adhar card Pan card details before discussing the salary and related things with the candidate. Still I am surprised that since they can not afford my expected salary then why they gave me the task as interview, to get company's work done in Free?
