I moved into Synergy this past March after spending 8 years in Chicago. I'll start by admitting that no place is perfect, including Synergy.....buuuut, this place comes closer than any other that I've seen! Clean, professional & courteous staff, responsive, modern and amenities for days. This place has a bike shop, roomy workout room, spin studio, dog run, dog grooming area, complimentary car wash, two terraces and a spacious social room. I had an issue with my dishwasher.......fixed within the hour. I noticed a scratch on my wall....repaired the same week. The property has it's own cleaning and maintenance staff on site which makes them very responsive. This complex is also right next to a number of trendy restaurants, two grocery stores (Whole Foods, Meijer), shopping, a golf course and a nail salon......all the conveniences of city living without the traffic, stuffiness and chaos. What ultimately makes Synergy a great place to call home though is the sense of community......and this starts with the staff. Very professional, courteous, responsive and caring. Adam, Nick, Lisa and Jocelyn have all, on separate occasions, gone out of their way to take care of residents. Great place to call home.

I’m really feeling the synergy living here. Everyone who works here and lives here is great. When the weather is nice, we like to play Power Rangers in the courtyard. Despite the usual argument on who gets to be the Green Ranger, we all get along well.

I moved in 4 months ago and had heard of the “old synergy” and how the new staff cleaned it up. It didn’t take me much time to figure out that Jocelyn is the glue that holds synergy together. She goes above and beyond. She answers calls/texts during her off time, let’s people in who have locked themselves out no matter what time Of night, cleans up after groups, holds resident events, lets cleaning people into your apt, and makes every effort to accommodate any request. I hope they are able to retain her and keep synergy great!! The new synergy is a group of young professionals who use the nice courtyard, fires pits, grills and common areas (and all the games) to create a bonding friendship.

You will never find a better place to call home. I've never lived anywhere that has such a wonderful staff including maintenance and housekeepers than here. The amenities are awesome, especially the car wash. Love love love this place.

We have loved living at the Synergy Apartments at the Mayfair Collection! My husband and I rented an apartment here after we sold our condo and were looking for a house. Management was able to work with us on a short-term lease, which is so hard to find! The apartments are in such a great area, with grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance. The amenities at the complex are amazing. The gym is beautiful and even has a spin studio. There is a party room with tons of games and a full kitchen. The building is VERY dog friendly and has an indoor dog area and a dog grooming station. The property manager, Adam, is friendly and incredibly responsive. Management takes action immediately and communicates very openly with residents (which I have never experienced in any of the apartments I have lived in previously). Management also puts on frequent events in the building including game nights, packer parties, and holiday parties. I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone needing an apartment in the Milwaukee area!
