Synergy is a wonderful studio! It is the most tastefully decorated studio I have ever practiced in. The beautiful design is very conducive to the practice of yoga. I have taken several types of classes over the years and they have all been taught by competent and caring instructors. The current "Balance" class is especially terrific for those who are advancing in years. Robin, the owner, puts special care into the environment and into the classes she teaches. It is an intimate and comforting space!

I fell in love with this studio from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It's clean, comfortable, and offers various classes for all different levels of practice. But, most importantly, the instructors are so caring, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions, or help modify your practice to suit your needs. I highly recommend you come see for yourself what a wonderful yoga studio this is. I'm confident that once you take one or two classes, you'll want to stay.

I love Synergy! Robin (the owner) and the instructors are amazing. They make you feel welcome and right at home. All of the other people in my classes are wonderful and I feel like part of the family. I never feel that if I can't get into or hold a pose that I'm being judged. I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I've found this gem!

I love this studio - it is a cozy and welcoming space. But it is the instructors that make it an even more amazing experience. Class sizes are small, always individualized attention, and all of the teaching staff are very good at suggesting modifications that help with specific aches, pains, old injuries. It has made a huge difference in my health. Frequently classes have people at multiple levels of practice - it is never a problem. The wonderful instructors make sure everyone is challenged, but always safe.

Synergy is the best yoga studio!!! I can go there and get a great workout and I can also go there when I feel like I need a slower pace practice. The variety of classes offer something for everyone! and the vibe is so welcoming! Makes you feel comfortable and "at home!"

This is the most amazing place filled with loving, wonderful people. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to know each of their students on a personal level. They are patient with beginners and genuinely excited to see growth and commitment. This place is the best!

Synergy Yoga Studio is absolutely awesome. The staff is kind and extremely helpful always watching, correcting, etc., so that nobody gets hurt. I always feel fabulous when I leave a class.
