Our agent, Rick did such a great job. He worked hard getting us the best prices on hotel and air. There were 27 of us and we ran that poor gentleman ragged. Trying to get 27 of us to land about the same time coming from California, Minesota, NY, Ct was not an easy task. Not to mention trying to book us finding a hotel that meets all our different needs. Carol at Synott Travel was AMAZING! She was affordable, understanding and wonderful with communication. I had to travel to a very obscure place and she helped me get there as fast and as efficiently as possible. When I was due to return my airline had gone on strike and with one call she had me on a great flight the next day! She saved me money, time and a lot of anxiety.
