Doctor did not call in pain medication to pharmacy add he said he would. The pharmacist could not reach the office for assistance as there is no on call doctor after hours. The emergency number could not reach the doctor for assistance as the office did not have an oncall doctor. I'm wondering what the use of the emergency number on the discharge paperwork is for if they can't reach the office

Went to Aspen Dental for the first time. The lady at the reception was so nice and welcoming. The doctor and other dental personnel were nice and gentle too. Its expensive, just so you have a heads up.

Went to the Aspen clinic in Syracuse, NY. The staff is very professional and nice and I had a really good experience with their surgeon, Dr. Elliot. He is professional, helpful and a nice person and was easy to reach out for questions after surgery.

Everyone at Aspen Dental were professional and knew what they were doing! Explained to me what my plan would be and would get me in as early as can be for my up coming visits! The office girl was pleasant and was able to explain my choices of things the dentist had explained earlier. I mentioned I could only do a fraction of it and she gave me a plan that satisfied me! They really worked with me and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have only been to one office visit so far and to rate or base my experience on a one time visit would not be accurate. I can tell you I have gotten numerous emails and text messages to fill out a questionnaire(kinda annoying actually) . I did have a warm and friendly experience with Anthony at the Camillus office. Also the hygienist was super friendly and nice!
