Had one of the worst experiences in any chain.My Son and were in the store for the first time.We were greeted by an older associate maybe mid thirties. My son and I had some products in ours hands and trying some of their flavored nuts when this associate came over and stated that we were only to take one nut.I had two and a half nuts in my hand ,my son had two in his.The associate was loud and rude.I'm a retail manager for 15 years, this type of behavior is unacceptable. This associate has no place in retail.

Not much to say overpriced product and staff is unknowledgeable about products sold. Asked what the flavor of the Australian Outback is was told I don't know. Associate proceeded to taste it and say it's original. If the outback is original/traditional what does original/traditional taste like. Apart from lack of knowledge on the products there is scarcely a pricetag to be found. Was looking at the hot sauces and they were unlabeled for price. The real piece de resistance of the experience was the loud and obnoxious employee. He seemed to be the oldest in the place that shift and seemed to hate everyone that walked in to the place. I will not be back.
