My wife and I are having our bathroom done by Diamond Remodeling and they referred us to Best Tile of Syracuse. Our experience at Best Tile was exceptional. Tim Powers and his staff took their time with us with picking out the tile, boarder and grout. They have a large selection of tile for both your walls and floors. Every staff member we dealt with or just walked by us was very friendly and made sure we were being taken care of. If looking for tile I recommend them.

Disappointment. Didn't want to do a DIY bathroom renovation with a big box store (I previously did a full bathroom and kitchen counter with tile). I wanted expert advice on materials and installation. Best Tile's website claims they provide this. The tile we ended up with was very difficult to work with, was really a commercial grade porcelain and ultimately not appropriate for DIY. Even though room was 50 square feet and they sold that amount of Schlueter underlayment, we ended up with 190 square feet of floor tile. We had to pay restocking fee and only complaining did the cut the fee in half (\We're not installers!\ the manager kept repeating). It seems if a consumer is going to spend 5000 on materials that Best Tile would be a little more helpful. Next time, I'll go to the big box.
