Horrible customer service would never recommend
Bossong's delivered a TV for me today. The delivery time window was 3-6 PM. They got there a few minutes early. They moved my old heavy tube TV into the basement, set up the new one, placed it on the stand, got it all hooked up , waited to make sure it worked, and then took all the old packing material with them. They were very friendly and professional. They were gone by around 3:20 PM. Couldn't have gone any smoother.
Excellent customer service, allowing me to pick up a package that came in on a Friday, to prevent the delay of waiting until Monday and having to be home from work to receive it.
