I am a local contractor and was called to repair a roofing project that they did. The roof was only 12 years old and leaking terribly. I fixed it once and was called back a year later to repair more leaks in different areas. The trim was done very well but the shingles were not installed properly with multiple exposed nail heads, and low quality shingles were used.
