VERY POOR AND SLIGHTLY SUSPICIOUS EXPERIENCE. I needed a switch for my window that would not close - with rain in the forecast I needed it the day of. Checked their website which said the part was in their inventory ANDDDDDD called ahead to confirm they had the part before leaving work to pick it up. When I showed up they said they could not find the switch but instead could order one for me at DOUBLE the price, with a no return policy or guarantee that it would work, and better yet it would take them a day at which point my car would be soaked. They made zero effort to rectify their “mistake” which was costing me valuable time I could have been spending at work but instead wanted me to wait a day and spend more money. Does that make any sense to you??? I ended up going to a pick-n-pull salvage lot for the window switch and found it for 16 which I assume is the same place they would have gotten the part for me and then charged me 52 for the next day. Seemed to me they were trying to pull a fast one or just didn’t care at all about my service. If I could give zero stars I would.
