Hot water heater died Thurs. morning. Called Chiodo at 8:15. Had a tech at my house for an estimate at 9:15. New heater was installed and working perfectly by 4:00. What more can you ask for!? Everyone I dealt with was courteous and efficient. Price was right and new unit works great. Have used them previously and won't go anywhere else!

Air duct cleaning was nothing but a seamless and hassle-free job from start to finish. The whole process was done professionally and thoroughly. From receptionist to Art who came and quoted me to the service tech who performed the job. Very impressed. Thank You Angelo Chiodo Heating & Air

Every service that they offer I have had the work done at my rental properties, my business, my personal homes, friends as well as family. I have never ONCE been dissatisfied with any work completed. They are prompt, courtesy, and their field and office staff are pleasure to work with. Angelo Chiodo is one of the most honorable and honest people I have had the pleasure of working with over my 45 business career.

I had high hopes for this company as I work in commercial construction and they came recommended by a colleague. However, for the start, they couldn't get my appointment right. I received two phone calls from a woman asking me if I wanted to schedule my appointment, and I told her both times I already had an appointment scheduled.... then the day that my appointment came up, they were 6 hours late. I called them 30 minutes after they were supposed to be at my house, the woman who answered was so rude. When I asked her if she could give me an approximate time they would show up, she said no. I had a friend waiting at my house for 6 hours since I had to work. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me the morning of or the day before to tell me they would be late. Then the rude woman transferred me to another woman who also couldn't tell me when the tech would arrive. Doesn't everyone have cell phones? Can't they just call the tech to see when he will be done on his \emergency call\? I was quoted a price of 137 for the tune up, they charged me 170? No explanation as to why. Can't read the chicken scratch invoice. I think the issue here is this HVAC company thinks they own the residential market so they can do and say whatever they want and that customers will obey. I will never use this company and will also inform all of my colleagues in the construction field not to use them either. Zero customer services, took advantage of me on cost of work, and overall an awful experience. Wish I could leave zero stars.

I've used them twice to fix problems with our furnace, shame on me for not learning the first time to never call again. The first service was done improperly and I was overcharged on labor. They had to send another tech back to fix the first issue and I was told it was done wrong because that tech was new. I just had them come back to fix another issue and was charged 200 for labor and a 60 diagnostic fee plus over 300 for the part and the tech was here for a grand total of maybe 45 minutes. I have to believe there's a better value out there with qualified technicians.
