I was trying to bank online when I was having password trouble, so I go to the help section and put in my credentials. Another error message came up, so I called the 800 number. They marched me through their menu, then when I get to the last one, they said they were closed. This is most absurd! Getting me to believe that I was going to be able to talk to some on why their online banking was failing, but to no avail. I have half a mind to drive my Magitek Armor through this place!

Their online payment system for loans is one of the most painful things I've had to use. It won't save my bank info and it won't let me copy and paste my routing and account number. Its 2020, get your system up to date.

Showed up 40 minutes before closing and couldn't find a single worker. 2 unlocked doors let me wander around through offices and break rooms with 0 people in them. Was finally told by a secretary of a law firm that shares the building that this is corporate headquarters and they wouldn't deposit my checks or let me buy checks anyway. Classic bankers, clocked in from 9-5 and gone at least 40 minutes early. Makes me not want to trust this bank with my money when they're showing this level of incompetence.

STAY FAR AWAY. I Pride myself in the fact that living in Upstate New York that most people are good people. However, It alarms me to say how awful this company is from top to bottom. Do not do business with them.
