Pro tip, call and ask the wait time before you go so you don’t have to wait forever. They see a lot of people at once so if you go when it’s busy you’re going to wait a while. But other than that this is the only place I bother going anymore, they actually listen and run tests instead of just dismissing your concerns. They do everything from pediatrics to OBGYN and can do all testing on the spot because it’s in an actual hospital. Every time I go to my primary I regret it and end up coming here 2 days later so they can figure out what’s actually wrong. Like any place there are great nurses and some less good ones but for the most part I love this place and swear by it. When I have to bring my baby they always get us in quick so I don’t have to sit in the waiting room with him around other sick people which I love. Best example I have is when I was pregnant and had the flu. My primary told me it was a cold and to sleep it off so I came here and tested positive for the flu and they immediately got me on an IV of fluids so I wasn’t dehydrated and sent me up for an ultrasound to check on my baby. Definitely a great place if you can handle waiting a little longer.

This was the fastest Urgent Care visit I've ever had. They were fast, efficient, and highly professional. The staff were very competent and caring. They made my daughter feel very comfortable.

Do not go here they will put you in a room for over an hour just to not run tests and tell you everything is fine just like they did to my fiance this morning who immediately sought a second opinion and found out that she has strep throat and needs to be krpt home from work for a few days. The doctors here are clearly under-educated, un willing to listen to the patient, and unhelpful this was truly the worst experience I or my fiance has ever had with a doctor and I will be seeking legal council on whether or not I can take them to court from malpractice

visit was fast and friendly but upon me return to take out my stitches , which again was fast . I waited a HOUR for discharge papers w my two toddlers . When I asked what was going on with my discharge papers a Erick was very rude. When I asked for his last name he told me Rick, which I believe was a lie. Every time I stuck my head out because everyone was in and out and all I was waiting for was discharge papers . He continued to be rude with smart remarks "keep your door closed" "ma'am stop opening your door" "your papers will be ready, when they're ready" and he refuses to give me his last name I had to ask a different nurse and I still believe rick isn't Eriks last name . Over all I don't see how he works w people

Super prompt! Great PA and nurse who both helped me at the same time. Efficient, caring, accurate. Best health care experience I've ever had in urgent care.

Went to prompt care, the receptionist (I dealt with two - one was named Stephanie who I also talked to over the phone) were very fast, knowledgeable and considerate! The initial information taking nurse Mariah was quite nice and understanding of my issue when I spoke to her. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Matthew Fleming who was very kind, who did not rush me, who was very patient and courteous, and above all professional and calm. The nurse attending the appointment was also understanding however I forgot to catch her name though! The doctor helped me tremendously and new exactly what he was doing and what was going on. He alleviated a lot of pain until I could see my actual doctor for a follow up. I was expecting a long wait! But I must have came at just the right time 445ish. It was only 30-45min it didn't feel too long! My only nitpick was the waiting room. There is not a lot of privacy or breathing room. I could hear everything said to the receptionist and believed the same could be heard when I spoke of my issue with her. The seats were too close together for confirm. I really wish there was a bit more separation or privacy or an area that you can hear your name called but still be out in the open air. Perhaps with a bit more budget you can grab one of those restaurant buzzer systems that buzzes you in for your appointment or expand to a paging system that covers the outside of as well as inside and also have a larger seating area with more separation.

I've been seen there in the past. I've also brought my children there. They were always quick, compassionate and professional. I will definitely go there, if need be, in the future.
