We drove for an hour and a half on the recondition of our contractor, got there and were unable to go in. You have to call and make an appointment in order to go inside. So make sure you do this they don't make any exceptions, or even listen. They just say call make an appointment!!!

The saleswoman Marie was awful. She lied, got orders wrong and was condescending. Unfortunately I will not use the service again. The sales people where you pick up orders were great, helpful and a breath of fresh air after dealing with Marie.

Marie the designer met with my husband and I who are building our own home. We finished picking out the tile for two rooms, but needed to book another appt. for a later date to finish the rest of the house. Marie did not even recall meeting us the first time (which was only a week before). She had cancelled our order from the previous meeting and failed to give us all of the information needed when we finished meeting. When I called to ask for the rest of the information she was rude on the phone and gave me a guilt trip that my meeting with her forced her to be overbooked.
