We have had ITS as our phone service providers for years. They have been great. There is no substitute for real local people to service the system. We recently switched to their cloud based system and the transition was perfect. We are very pleased.

ITS just upgraded the old phone system in our office to a brand new internet-based system, and they did an amazing job despite the many, many challenges our two old buildings threw at them. I really appreciated that they took the time to answer our many questions along the way, and it made us feel so much more confident as users. The whole staff was so pleasant to work with, even when \old building\ complications rose up and challenged them-- I was so amazed at how well they adapted, and how kindly they treated us even as they had to do all sorts of extra labor to make it work for us. The kindness and helpfulness of their staff cannot be overstated, and made what could have been an otherwise difficult transition so easy on all of us here. Even after the install, they've been great and responsive to my every question. I can't recommend them enough!
