Nice to find buffalo burgers at the end of our walk, but they remained extremely basic and the place could look a bit more joyful

Staff was inattentive while ordering, the menu that shows up online says the burgers include fries but they don't. One of our burgers had a nice long hair in it, another was absolutely raw after I got about 3 bites in. After realizing our burgers didn't come with fries, we tried to order some ala carte but the cashier wouldn't allow a card to be used for a transaction under 5, so we were forced to order 2 baskets of fries just so she would process the transaction. Lo and behold, the fries were also only partially cooked and lacking any flavor. When we asked to speak with a manager regarding the hair in the food (we weren't looking for a refund, just trying to give a polite heads up) we were greeted with sarcasm and sass as the manager insisted she needed to see the hair to believe it was true. Overall a terrible experience, save your money and grab food before you start exploring Antelope Island.
Great soft-served ice cream. However, this company is using styrofoam bowls to serve the ice cream. I thought we were past this? 100% not okay. I am writing the park manager in formal complaint. Please – do better. Replace them immediately and never serve them again.
Food was okay, the buffalo burger is interesting but tasted the same as any other burger. The service was very bad and the ladies kept yelling. They seemed very bothered.
The buffalo burger was fabulous. Fresh vegetables and they even let me slip the bun. They made a hamburger party for my dog with no seasoning. Very friendly. Great service. Great value. Will definitely come back again.
Glad it's there. Lots of 'grill' options. I had the buffalo burger and wasn't a big fan. Bun was too bready and thick. Fries were rather plain. Root beer float hit the spot.
The staff is very very sweet. The food was ready very quickly. Flavors are nothing really to write home about. Nothing bad nothing good.
Decent food for not having any other options on the island. Prices can be a little high but when there is no one to compete against that happens. Service is order at window and they bring it out. No area to sit due to covid. They have a minimum 5.00 charge for cards and heavily prefer cash.
