Just plain awful. Another Gov agency keeping the poor on their payroll. Staff is Rude.Receptionost really snooty. Mr Reed who runs this place has been a absolutely rude to me ,at every meeting. The receptionist threw a set of keys out into the seating. Area at Reed . Another client wanted to report it to the supervisor. I was only one in lobby from 12:40 to 1 :15. Dozens of shuffling staff. I'm just unemployed why treat me with any respect. SCAM ON TAXPAYERS ,close it down

The worst program ever created, they look for any reason to kick you off the program. Weather it is true or not. Weather it's legit or not! The case workers are never on time for their appointments, but if your not you're done, off the program. They treat you as if your a criminal, that has come to this program because you did something wrong! I thought this program is supposed to help people progress? I thought!
