Staff is reasonably helpful, although at the time I went they seemed a bit understaffed. The sales rep I had bought a watch from was not very experienced in sizing watches so it took longer than expected. But overall happy because they helped me find a good deal on a watch I had wanted unlike other jewlery stores in Destiny...

I went to the store on July 20th to purchase a wedding band for my husband. We were getting married on the 25th of July and the ring I wanted for my husband wasn't in his size so he had to order it in his size. Thankfully the store manager still let us borrow the ring for the wedding and we held on to it until we received the new one in his size. I call every week to check in and see when my husbands ring was going to arrive and the response I kept getting was "we will call you when it arrives. It should be here next week.“ Weeks go by and still no ring. The last time I called the store manager he said that “my ring was shipped back to his store and they sent it to the nearest Kays in my new location that I just moved too.” Terrible communication on his part to not communicate that to me sooner since its SEPTEMBER and I’m still calling for my ring that I ordered in JULY!! The ring finally arrives to the Kays he sipped it too and my husband and I finally go pick it up (SEPTEMBER 20th) exactly two months since I ordered it. When we get to the store my husband tries on his ring and it doesn’t fit BECUAE HE SENT THE EXACT SAME RING THAT HE GAVE MY HUSBAND TO BORROW UNTIL HE RECEIVED HIS RING IN THE CORRECT SIZE. How do you make me wait 2 months for a my order and SEND ME THE EXACT SAME RING?!!! No adjustments, no change in size, no difference what so ever. We end up having to choose a completely different ring for my husband because the ring I wanted COULDN’T EVEN BE ORDERED IN HIS SIZE! Something the store manager should’ve said when I initially chose his ring. It is September 29 and my husband still doesn’t have a wedding band. Terrible experience!!! Please do not waste your time at this Kays if there in another one in the area go to that one instead. The woman who worked with me here at the Kays in Virginia was much more transparent and super helpful. 10/10 would not recommend the destiny usa location!!!

Went there looking for a Pre owned Rolex , was totally ignored by sales guy , as he was busy talking with his buddy . Discovered they only offer them online and decided to purchase a Tissot . The women sales associate was help , but the male kept making derogatory remarks about the incoming customers . I made my purchase 650 tissot , when I was about to leave I noticed it wasn’t working and gave it back to the sales guy . He said it needed a battery ... 20 plus minutes later he couldn’t put a battery in and the back of the watch would no longer close . He banged on it plenty . He then decided to offer me a loaner until my brand new watch could get fixed . .... I asked him to process a return since I hadn’t even left the store yet . ... huffed as if I was wrong and then processed the return with no apology offered. Wasted and hour of my life trying to purchase a watch to wear to my wedding . Buyer beware

I walked in looking to spend whatever it cost to have the ring of my dreams. Walked around for a while and had to end up asking for assistance. Sold myself on a ring. They shouldnt even earn commission on my sale because I had to walk over and ask every time I wanted to see something. Considering there was only one other shopper in the store they have no excuse for the lack of customer service. Purchased my ring finally. 2800 later they couldnt even figure out how to use an ipad to send it out for sizing. Left there ring in hand and very irritated and went to the dewitt store. Where they were amazing. Five minutes there I had the Neil Lane box I should have gotten with my ring and sent out for sizing. The destiny store needs some major lessons on customer service and technology. Or just a new manager in general because she was ignorant as hell.

Horrible experience when I sent my ring out for repairs and it came back an entirely different color. Supervisor Ron is very unhelpful and lacks customer service skills needed for an individual in his position.

I went there today with my wife to get her engagement ring cleaned. We had bought it there just over a year ago. The sales assistant who helped us choose the ring was polite, friendly and very professional. Unfortunately the two that were in the store today were rude. When we entered the store nobody acknowledged us. Asking to get the ring cleaned seemed to be a real inconvenience. The "cleaning" took around 30 seconds and then we were dismissed as if we were a nuisance. This was NOT the service I expected.
