Extremely courteous and friendly. Received a moving quote right away, was however more than double than everyone else. Would have liked to do business with Lincoln Moving & Storage...

Had to drop a trailer here but they didn't have room but Terry Pierce was very nice and said it wasn't my fault they sent me there and even though he didn't have the room he let me drop the trailer anyway much respect for that man very nice and very professional

Called this company to book and needed to move my date several times. The dispatcher and sales rep accommodated my requests each time. On moving day five gentleman showed up promptly and immediately got to work. They worked hard and quickly. Josh, Juan, Kurt and the two other men were super friendly and we enjoyed spending the day with them. -Linnae

Delivery was suppose to be made by August 20th. Ended up Arriving November 1st. Excuse after excuse from Mark Bell. Whole process was horrible. Price changed once truck was loaded, no followups from Mark, would not return phone calls, etc. Once we finally got my girlfriends stuff there was a list of 14 things that the Atlas driver marked as damaged while it was stored at the Lincoln facility. They did nothing to reimburse us or fix the situation. Atlas was fine but stay as far away as possible from Lincoln Moving and Storage in Syracuse.

I'll start by saying that my stuff ended up at the destination with only two minor damages that Atlas did reimburse me for with no issues. The driver seemed quite competent, but Lincoln didn't necessarily make the move stress free. My agent would forget who I was on occasion, voicemail box was full several times, and would forget about the things he offered me. I was told that the movers would package some things the day of the move a certain way - when they showed up they gave me confused looks - as such my giant bean bag that was supposed to be shrink wrapped got soiled at their warehouse (Atlas did buy me a new cover). They did not wrap my stair banisters or put down carpet protectors like their demo photos show. I would atlas again, but maybe not Lincoln moving.
