I usually stay away from Lowe's because there's never anyone willing to help us, so my go to is usually Home Depot. However, my last couple of trips were different. We were shopping for a specific range and Lowe's was the only store willing to special order it for us. All other stores just said out of stock. The young lady put in a lot of time helping us, answering all of our questions. I would definitely be willing to visit them again.

The store was busy but waited and most staff was helpful but some were not. For those that didn't help much did not have enough knowledge about what they look for to help customer. If someone is assigned a area they should know that area.

I love Lowe’s. I shop here on a daily basis. They have great employees and are normally very helpful and knowledgeable on a wide variety of building topics. These guys are way above the service you get from the Home Depot.

This store is really dirty. There is literally trash everywhere in the parking lot and bits of paper and garbage on the floors in the store. It looks like they might have the floors swept once a week ?.Carts litter the parking lot blocking the spaces ...also in the mens room ( which again was dirty) notice there's no soap available for handicapped people ....Lowes does realize we're in a pandemic ? .
