Just had an awesome experience with Main Channel Marina. On a busy summer Friday I kicked up a few rocks and dinged my prop. After an email to Jason I’m told to boat over the next morning. On Sat Morning I arrive to the marina, and I am immediately pulled out of the water and over to the shop where Kyle swaps my prop. In no more than 20 min I was back in the water and on my way - all while never leaving the boat. Fantastic service. Thank you Main Channel Marina team.

Two summers ago a slip come available We called in early February to get it reserved for the summer. We were told we couldn’t have it because they are reserving it for a boat with electric. Then come April there is a non electric boat that rented that slip. Then this summer I called in May to get my boat fixed and two months in they Still havent even looked at it. When I called to cancel my work order it was an argument, just to do that, and the service manager hung up on me! This place is badly mismanaged in my opinion and unprofessional. This will be my last year!
