I have a growing Non-profit (MomsHouseAV) with a TIGHT budget. We ordered donation remittance envelopes for our annual fundraising event. The envelopes were, cost effective, professional and timely. Several envelopes were defective. I sent an email and had a response from Christopher Perry when I woke up the next morning. Not only did he replace the defective envelopes, he doubled the amount for my trouble. This was more than fair. I was already impressed.
