I would could zero stars if I could. Everything seemed great until we had an issue. Took them 6 years to fix the problem...or so they say! Apts were made a few times where they never showed up on time and we had to call just to tell us that their truck broke after my husband took a day from work just to be there. They could of at least called. Still have an issue to this day and they claim to have gone above and beyond....what a joke. Thanks for nothing! Your nothing but scam artists!

Tom Bassett, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable in the process and pleasant to deal with. He explained things thoroughly and answered our questions regarding construction methods, process, options, and schedule. Tom's pricing was in-line with other prices we received. I was unable to be at home during the time of the installation. Dave Jr., our installer, was a perfect gentlemen - he treated my wife respectfully and addressed her questions and concerns in a professional and complete manner. We were very pleased with the quality of work as well, and they cleaned-up after themselves nicely when the work was done. Toward the end of the day, the owner of the company, Dave Sr., came by to verify the work had been done to our satisfaction and asked if we had any follow up questions or concerns. (it was and we did not) This is the second project we've done with NY Homeowners Construction. As repeat customers, if we need additional projects done in the future, we'll be calling them again.

They were amazing!!! Easy, accommodating to our needs. Dave Jr. & George were great, funny and reliable! While they were here some days we could not be home and they kept working with trust and confidence!!! Thank you Tom for answering all our questions and doubts and helping us make the educated decisions! I can't believe how much of a diffrenece the insulation has made!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. This company called me incessantly for months trying to get me to allow them to come in to give me a free estimate. I repeatedly declined. During my first winter in this house, I had an issue with a frozen pipe, so when they called yet again, I told them to come on over. Apparently the issue that was causing my pipes to burst was a poorly insulated basement crawl space that was directly below the bathroom with all of the problems. That was the beginning of all of the back and forth. They have come every winter because my pipes continue to freeze. Their solution was to put a space heater in the crawlspace that they had \insulated\ twice to thaw the pipes. Well, guess what that space heater isnt worth the 12k that this job cost. They also installed the wrong ventilation fan in my bathroom. They then asked me to purchase a fan from the store so they could switch them out. 875 was paid for the installation of that fan, yet a 5 year old probably could have done a better job esthetically. They also did a sub par job when sealing all of the hvac in my basement. I can still look down one of my vents and can see my basement. High quality price for a low quality service. Please save yourself some trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

We did a major renovation with this company about 6 years ago. As it turns out, they did a crappy job on our porch off of our bedroom. Water started to leak inside our house. After countless calls they finally sent 2 guys out. They put some glue substance down (which didn’t fix the issue). And now it’s going to cost us about 8,000 to fix the mess they made. We tried to no avail to get them to repair the issue and all calls have gone unanswered. If we could give them no stars we would have. What a mess. Completely unprofessional and way over priced company.
