They are more than happy to sell you the products they carry. Then when you go to recycle oil they say they cant take it, or the oil bin is full. They give you some story about not wanting to drain your container. Then tell you to take it home and throw them in your garbage because I won't get fined for having oil in my waste container. Good O'Rileys location. Great service, familiar store layout. To actually get to the store you ha e to weave around a bit, but not bad.
My husband went into the Syracuse store and he was getting help from the associate, then the phone rings and they started helping the person on the phone. They just left him there waiting. Then they couldn't find the part he needed, after he had called and checked online to make sure they had it. He ended up going to a different auto part store!

Excellent customer service! I went in with a mind boggling problem (which we won't speak of on here) and the gentleman working the evening of 10/24 was so incredibly helpful. He took his time and made sure everything was as it should be! Thank you so much!
I went in to pick up an air filter but they didn't have one in stock so I went and found one at Lowe's.
