I just moved to Syracuse, and Peaks has become one of my favorite coffee shops to go to! The coffee shop itself reminds me a lot of Austin - very aesthetic and cozy! The first time I visited, I got one of the specials - the peanut butter latte. I absolutely loved it and am sad it was only a winter special. The second time I went, I got a latte with maple - again, absolutely loved it and didn't realize how much I was missing out on maple-flavored syrup in my coffee. On top of that, the staff and baristas are so friendly and welcoming. Peaks is definitely one of my go-to coffee spots in Syracuse, and I will continue to keep coming back!

Amazing coffee and even sweeter staff. Know how to pull espressos and properly clean machines so coffee tastes perfect. Haven’t sampled food menu yet but I will. Friendly accommodating staff that make you feel welcome. Space has outdoor seating and is set up with hand sanitizer and 6ft space markers. Go and don’t forget to tip!
First time customer, stopped in on my way thru Syracuse. Probably the best Flat White I’ve had in the US so far. (kiwi) Clean store, pleasant staff, good instructions at door to covid rules. Well done Peaks coffee Company!
Simply the best coffee. If you're in Syracuse, you have to stop and grab a cup.
Its just a little hard to find. The street parking is next to a large-ish grass hill. But its very nice, and fancy. If you're in town, and looking for a quiet breakfast. Would recommend
