I had a very good moving experience with this company. I called for a number of estimates, as I was moving from Syracuse to Rochester… This is the only company that called me back. I paid a very fair price. They were on time, called before they arrived, very polite and worked very quickly. I moved from a 2 bedroom town house to a 2 bedroom townhouse 1hr and 15 minutes away. Everything completed by 12:00 pm. I would use them again and would also recommend their services. Happy Customer…

Terrible. Their estimate was way off and I paid the price. They moved me from a one bedroom apartment to another apartment in the same complex. I had no bedroom dressers or living room furniture other than a TV and Stand. I am the only person in the household and all kitchen items where already moved before they arrived. They estimated 3 men and 4 hours. One of the guy's were always on a break as two worked. They were extremely slow so they could meet the estimated hours. They even left things in my apartment that I asked them to move. The cost 850. Stay away from this company. I have called them, sent an email and a letter and no response.
We just got done moving a house of 6 people. They estimated 8 hours and hit it on the nose. These guys are total professionals, from planning how to pack to the actual move. They were punctual, hilarious, and even offered suggestions for setting up furniture etc. A really great experience with a great team. Thanks!
[UPDATE] Just had another move by Pelligra and, once again, they were AWESOME!! It was a quick move of mom's possessions from assisted living to a new facility. These guys are true professionals!! Thank you, Pelligra! [Previous Review] I feel bad for not having entered a review earlier. These guys helped me move my mother from one apartment to another about a year ago. They were incredibly responsible, treated my mom like a goddess, and were so careful with everything. I couldn't recommend them more -- and actually have recommended them to a few people since the move. Thanks, guys!
This company called me last week and told me that the mattress would be delivered between 7 and noon on Sunday. I am a caregiver and made arrangements to hold off giving breakfast to my handicapped father so that he would not be in the way when the delivery men arrived. Well, I got a call at 11:30 indicating that they would not arrive until 12:50 or 1pm. They actually arrived at 1:20 when I was finally taking care of my father which I had put off due to their scheduling. I think a 5 hour window should be enough. Whoever set up the final delivery schedule should have called me to let me know that the delivery window had changed. That being said, the delivery staff were polite, personable, and knew how to work around my father. They handled the mattresses well and are the best thing about the whole delivery. They are the reason that I gave this company a \4\ rating.
