The service was bad, a simple double cheeseburger took three times to prepare since the cashier was too busy making herself feel better than the six customers waiting. I have always had issues at thisstore allsummer. Giving them one last chance before the wrote their own review I simply asked fornot tartar/ and or mayonnaise products on my sandwich since i am allergic. The first sandwich probablt 4 tablespoons of Wally sauce, the second sandwich no cheese and Mayonnaise as i clearly let the whole stormfront hearme since i am allergic as the cook, manager and the cashier heard me and the cashier repeated back. The third sandwich had bread and meat only. I kindly placed the sandwich on the counter and asked if they could please fix this. The store responded with the cashier couldn't hear me, and would i like a refund.... my whole family has already eaten dinner alnd ready to go by this time. I was so upsett for just handing 40 dollars to the rudest cashier, the worst meal, and the farthest from an apology i have even thought of from any retailer. I seriously wanted to throw the overpriced valuemeal for three people back at the crew. No customer or their flamily should have to be robbed and repramanded for supporting our local resteraunts. Penguin Point should look into fixing this horrible community sore. Leslie, if she is possibly your cashier or taking your order in any way or form. Find better plans for nourishment.
