The owners came in weeks ahead of our initial moving date and gave us a pretty detailed estimate. When our closing date changed, Jen was very accommodating with the change. I emailed her a few times with questions and concerns. She was always polite, professional and most importantly never acted like I was a bother. The guys showed up this morning 10 minutes early (not a complaint) and worked hard for the entire two hours they were there. They were all professional, friendly, considerate, and easy to talk to. All of the furniture arrived in the same condition it left in. I don't plan on moving ever again but if I did I would use Reliable Movers again.

I had to cancel my move with Reliable Movers because of circumstances having nothing to do with them. However, Jen was very helpful when we initially spoke and patiently answered my questions. I was able to easily book and felt good about my choice to book my office move with this company. Cancelling the move was a non-issue since it was within the required timeframe. I definitely recommend these people. Plus their website answered a lot of questions before I even knew to ask them. Impressive company.
My move from Syracuse NY to The Villages Florida went flawlessly today.The movers that packed and loaded me have my highest respect. They were polite, friendly, and took very good care in packing my items. The owners met me on time at The Villages with another nice group of men who unloaded me today bright and early. The price was very competitive. All of my numerous questions and calls were answered and were very courteous. I am more impressed on how the owners wife was even on the truck helping unload,organize, and work right along her husband and crew. This is a well oiled machine operation and I am grateful for using them. I am still unpacking but have seen or noted any damage.
I recently hired Reliable Movers and they did an excellent job. They were prompt, helpful, fast and efficient. I highly recommend them. Their team was friendly and went over and above for me.
I just decided I was moving on Tuesday and they let me join the truck that was coming close to a town near me which took a huge weight off my shoulders. They got to my apartment early that Thursday and moved everything in about 30-45 minutes and protected everything. They got here today (Friday) right on time and unloaded everything within 30 minutes safely and organized the best they could in the pouring rain. They were also willing to place my mattress covers on with no problem. Kevin and his team were all so nice and I most definitely recommend using Reliable movers.
