Nice quality pier but make sure you get everything in writing or it will cost you an arm and a leg. Purchased a new pier this spring. Verbally told us putting our boat lift in would be around 100 per year for install and removal. 135 just to remove the boat lift and removal of the pier at 270. If you enjoy getting ripped off on labor definitely go with Rookstool pier service. Aka Crookstool pier service. BIGGEST MISTAKE I’VE EVER MADE!
