Acoustics aren't that great. Can barely hear any of the singers. It's alllllllll instruments in this building. (Knuckle puck)

Music lovers...please beware of this venue. I should have listened to others who posted...this place is absolutely terrible! I am not trying to be a critic here, but the acoustics are sooooo bad. I have been to almost every venue in upstate NY and this is by far the worst! You cant hear the singers at all, it echos terrible. I would not waste your money. Also the VIP experience is not worth the extra money...Your put to the side of the venue and the speakers are in the way. You get better spots in general admission. The private bar is dumb, does not offer anymore then the main bar and actually the main bar is less congested because it has more workers. Oh and there is no private bathroom either! I am telling you..this venue is not worth the money.

We saw a concert here and it was fine. Not a huge venue, but sound was good
