Terrible experience working with this company. (not to discredit the Superintendent and the Home Gallery team, they were both very easy to work with ) They missed multiple dates they provided us. In the end we were finally able to move in 3 months after they told us we could expect to move in. Still waiting for fixes more than a month after moving in. Save yourselves the stress. Work with a company that actually cares about the customer.
I recently had a house built by them, the realator was top notch, if possible seek out Tracey Todd. Her helpfullness to answer questions and keep us in the loop with the process goes a long way. A fifth star is not there however because it seems they drop you when they still owe you on the backside and I cannot get answers now from the builders and their waranty.
